BOUM — PREMIUM CHILDREN’S FURNISHING, BAHRAIN

PRE-LAUNCH

Beauty That Knows Where It Comes From

Arabic identity as design, never as a lesson.

MY ROLE

Brand positioning, tone of voice and launch communication strategy.

THE CHALLENGE

A pre-launch Bahraini children’s furnishing brand with whole-home appeal needed a position that justified premium pricing in a category split between loud plastic, lifeless beige and educational-cheesy.

THE THINKING

Carry Arabic identity as design, not as a lesson, refusing to create a kids’ ghetto. Whole-home rather than playroom-only, with safety certification as a quiet given instead of the headline — the one quadrant nobody in the category occupies.

THE OUTPUT

Positioning, visual identity direction, tone of voice, pricing logic and launch communication plan.

THE OUTCOME

That position now governs product selection, visual identity, tone of voice, pricing logic and launch communication.
